Indigenuity Lab partnered with Wurundjeri Elders and the Eastern Freeway Burke to Tram Alliance on the South Package of the North East Link Project. We facilitated over 20 engagement sessions between two Elder groups and the design team, developing place-specific cultural values mapping. This work identified co-design opportunities across landscape and architectural design, ensuring cultural wisdom shaped the project from inception through delivery.

We developed content for Urban Design Landscape Plan (UDLP) and delivered comprehensive engagement and co-design reporting. Our role held the design teams accountable to Elders' cultural direction, upholding integrity throughout the design process to ensure outcomes respected Wurundjeri connection to Country.
