We know how to work with Traditional Owners, Aboriginal communities, technical specialists and senior decision makers, and how to bring those perspectives together while respecting the authority of Aboriginal people.

Engagement Strategy & Advice
We help organisations determine how to approach Aboriginal engagement, often before a project has begun. This means understanding who needs to be involved, what decisions need to be made and how Aboriginal people can genuinely influence them.
Our work includes engagement strategies, stakeholder mapping, cultural governance arrangements and independent advice on project risks and responsibilities.
Aboriginal Engagement & Co-design
We design and lead engagement across projects, policies and programs, from early planning through to implementation.
This includes working with Traditional Owners and Aboriginal communities, facilitating workshops and advisory groups, interpreting complex technical information and helping project teams translate Aboriginal perspectives into decisions and practical outcomes.
Specialist Project Advisory
Some of our most important work happens between the workshops.
We advise project directors, engineers, architects and leadership teams as projects develop, helping them navigate cultural protocols, competing priorities and difficult decisions.
Our experience allows us to identify problems early, challenge approaches that aren’t working and provide independent professional advice when projects need to change direction.
Engagement Reviews & Evaluation
We help organisations examine how well their engagement processes are working and whether their commitments to Aboriginal people are being honoured.
This includes reviewing engagement strategies, assessing cultural governance arrangements, evaluating Aboriginal participation and identifying opportunities to improve project delivery and accountability.
